CRM Emails

I worked closely with the CRM team at Funding Circle on a variety of email projects, from one-off sends to monthly newsletters and lifecycle automations.

  • I was responsible for the planning and delivery of content for a monthly newsletter that went to customers and leads. I would either write the content and email myself, or delegate to an internal or external copywriter and review their work.

  • This "Funnel drop off" series helped to convert users who had started an application but not completed it.

  • This automation series was sent to customers as they reached the end of their loan period. It highlighted key information, but also showed the potential benefits to them of taking another loan.
